Automatically send surveys after your customers pay

By default, we’ll email your customer a survey 3 days after they’ve made their first payment. This gives them enough time to engage with your product, but isn’t too long, so the experience is still fresh in their minds. Don’t worry, we won’t bombard them with surveys every time they make a payment, they’ll receive no more than one every 6 months.

We understand that everyone’s business is different, so you can control how soon after a payment a survey is sent as well as how often your customers will receive them in any given year. You can also upload your logo and customise the email wording, as well as export all your data at any time.
